11 miners trapped in a gold mine for more than two weeks in eastern China have been rescued. Authorities have been racing to dig out 22 people trapped underground in Shandong Province, since an explosion blocked their exit on January 10. One miner is believed to be dead. Food, medical supplies, blankets, have been passed down a shaft to the other 10 workers who have been located.
