A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket carried 143 satellites into orbit Sunday, breaking the record for the most satellites lofted into space on a single launch. The mission carried 10 satellites for SpaceX’s Starlink internet network and more than 130 satellites for a variety of other customers. Previously, the record was held by PSLV, an Indian rocket that carried 104 satellites in 2017.
Another accomplishment for SpaceX!
