Fastest pace of rise in home prices seen in US in the past six years

The fastest pace of rise of US home prices in more than six years was seen in November 2020. This rise in prices is reportedly said to have been fueled by a demand for more living space as the pandemic has forced many to stay at home. A 9.1% rise in home prices was seen in November as compared to 12 months ago.
