Ocasio-Cortez slams Cruz for retweeting her

Rep. Ocasio-Cortez slammed Sen. Cruz for retweeting her earlier post criticizing stock trading app Robinhood. AOC called out Robinhood for blocking users from buying or trading certain stocks. Cruz retweeted the post, writing, ’Fully agree,’ to which AOC replied, ’I am happy to work with Republicans on this issue where there’s common ground, but you almost had me murdered 3 weeks ago.’

AOC uses inflammatory rhetoric on a daily basis, yet she's not going to accept responsibility for the actions of people who improperly react to it... And rightly so... People are responsible for their own actions. Cruz has every right to challenge the way election officials changed rules and mishandled ballots. His rhetoric is light years less volatile than hers.

I guess this is the "Unity" that Biden spoke about. Should anyone expect anything else?

If you buy what AOC is selling then you are part of the problem. Stay in school kids.

Problem with Demacrats, they keep thinking the party is for for the working man. They've been seriously lied to, and they fail to see it.

It's only a "slam" if you end up looking better than the slammed person. If you look like a child having a tantrum you aren't "slamming" anyone.

She is just trying to distract from the issue because people on both sides of the aisle are joining hands in this fight. Just shows she is on the payroll.

AOC wants to put people into camps, and she's complaining that people want to 'get' her? Doesn't she have a label for anyone who's wishing exactly what she's wishing on anyone who won't vote for her? What's the word? My grandfather fought them in the war.

What a low life..

She's the only politcian people outside the US envy you for. If you choose Cruz over her, blind partisanship has indeed ripped your country apart( for good?)

Seriously, someone needs to muzzle AOC. She offers no substance and is just a walking talking click baiter. Also an utter lunatic to top it all off.

I was actually, obviously foolishly, hoping that the toxic and vitriol personal attacks on individuals would have ended with Trump? I guess when you flush (10-15 times) a Turd the size of Trump you are bound to get residual streeks marks left in the toilet bowl?😅🇨🇦

It’s funny when a woman exercises her right to free speach and tells the truth as she sees it then she’s a b!tch, a drama queen, a hysterical woman who’s blowing thing out of proportion. How dare she?!? Just say it as it is, fellows. This is all because it’s a woman who’s challenging the status quo. You don’t like her because she’s good at the game and is getting better. She is smart, strong, and young enough to continue honing her political skills and experience. Shes the voice of a new generation. She’s made mistakes but who hasn’t? All of the politicians at some point have said something ludicrous. The New York people do feel well represented by her. New York will never side with a chauvinistic right wing dude like Cruz or a unarticulated mess like Boebert. It’s a world of difference between Texas and New York. So if you agree with Cruz, you’re not going to agree with AOC, but that’s different than calling her stupïd because she’s certainly not that.

Rhetoric and exaggeration of facts have no place in a new administration attempting to “unify the nation“. When Senator Cruise agreed with you Miss Cortez, you accuse him almost getting you murdered a few weeks ago? We have many examples of the far left using words that would be less than unifying pertaining to members of Congress and the Senate who happen to be on a side that don’t quite agree with you. In order to have a conversation they have to be compromise. It’s time for Democrats and Republicans to start doing their job before they don’t have a job left to do.
