Telegram introduces simple tool to bring in WhatsApp data

Telegram added 100s of millions of new users since the exodus from WhatsApp started over the latter’s new privacy policies. Now, aiming to attract more users, Telegram has added a simple tool that enables users to transfer WhatsApp chat histories to Telegram seamlessly. The chats will be added to Telegram on the day that they are imported but will carry their original timestamps for reference.
