Kosovo establishes diplomatic ties with Israel, recognizes Jerusalem its capital
Muslim-majority territory of Kosovo, which is partially recognized as an independent country by the international community, has established diplomatic ties with Israel. It also recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. Since August 2020, Israel has established ties with four Arab nations – United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Morocco and Sudan – under deals brokered by former US President Donald Trump.
