US drops lawsuit against Yale over admission practices

The Justice Department dropped a lawsuit against Yale University. The lawsuit was filed by the Trump administration and accused the school of discriminating against white and Asian applicants. The dismissal will need to be signed off on by a judge to be finalized — and a department investigation into Yale’s adherence to anti-discrimination laws will remain ongoing.

Biden was quoted as saying "It's OK to be racist against people who are better than you". (apparently needed to include the /s}

Isn't Yale a private company and they can do what ever they want? If they don't want to bake a gay cake, you can't force them. They just better be wearing a mask when they do it.

Of course it's dropped look who's in office it's perfectly ok to have racist policies now as long as your being racist against anyone who isn't black..........let's be clear nothing should be based on race for these shit stain school academic marks should be the only thing considered and all applicants should be held to the same standard...but hey since trump administration did it it must be wrong even tho this is a cut and dry case of racial discrimination
