Biden ramps up refugee admissions to 125,000 per year

President Biden announced his intention to massively increase the cap on annual refugee admissions to the US. Biden said he would set the cap on admissions as part of the country’s refugee resettlement program at 125,000, against the current 15,000. ’It’s going to take time to rebuild what has been so badly damaged, but that’s precisely what we’re going to do,’ he said about the program.

My father came into this country legally to become an American. Kind of the way it works all over the world. For good reason.

Because increasing foreign immigration is definitely a priority during a pandemic, mass unemployment, and increasing societal strife. Biden seems to enjoy kicking the US populace while they are on their knees.

Go ahead. As long as you put them in DC. The other states don’t want them.

When 500,000 attempt to enter illegally, what will he do with the 350,000 that aren't slated to receive asylum? Will he deport them? Will he separate the adults from the children? Will he raise the number again and again and again and again....

Biden needs to be arrested already. He is a d@mn criminal and we are letting him tear our country apart even further when we know he is guilty of crimes that not only bar him from office, but should have him and half his family in prison. When will the people stand up to these criminals that want to tell you where to live, what to drive, what you can say on the internet, when you can open your business, but let's give all your welfare to foreigners first. Unbelievable.

The Obama administration permitted a record number of nearly 85k refugees in 2016. Biden’s 125k goal is crazy. It’s not like every town and city is prepared for the increase. And, we’re in a pandemic, of course. Our states have trouble getting a vaccine into citizen’s arms. They are ill prepared to handle a larger number of refugees. Ramp it up slowly. Don’t set such a high number now.
