Voting tech company files $2.7B suit against Fox, Giuliani and Powell

Voting technology company Smartmatic has filed a $2.7B lawsuit against Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell, as well as Fox News and some of the network’s hosts. The lawsuit accused the group of grievously harming the company by claiming it was involved in widespread election fraud. Smartmatic’s suit follows similar complaints by Dominion Voting Systems.

I'm curious to see how this will turn out. Feelings about whether the motives behind the election fraud accusations were questionable are irrelevant compared to understanding how secure the election process truly is; if it isn't, it must be made so. Hopefully, coverage of these lawsuits will bring the added benefit of more insight.
