Energy prices are set to rise for millions of people across the UK in April. Regulator Ofgem said the prices would be raised to cover suppliers’ extra costs. The average gas and electricity customer is likely to see their bill go up by £96 to £1,138 a year. The price cap affects 11M households in England, Wales and Scotland. The remainder are on so-called fixed deals, which will not be affected.
Rubbish thinking on environmental issues strikes again and the regulators act against consumers interests. We end up paying and paying and paying based on false premises and false research. Pathetic!
