Number of Communists charged with murder in the 50+ countries that collectivly murdered 150 million plus people? Zero. This isn't about jutice its about using the past to manipulate the future.

Honestly what does this matter at this point? It just seems like a waste of time, money, and resources now. These people are basically at death's door and only have a few years left anyway. Just seems like a waste when there is so much more going on in the world.

The US military has been much more destructive over the long term. Imagine they do this to American patriots in a few decades when America falls.

What she did was legal at the time she did them. It's like making toilet paper illegal, then charging everyone with 10,000 counts of shitting on the environment over the past 5 years. If it wasn't illegal at the time, then she shouldn't be charged now.

I don't understand the logic here. She was a minor at the time and a secretary. Though other teens who fought in wars killing people have been let in to the Country . They brought home Islamic brides who joined Isis.

Given that she was a juvenile at the time, if she is convicted any punishment would likely be minimal - especially given her age. This has little to do with justice and everything to do with revenge.
