Biden revokes Houthi terror designation, restoring Yemen aid
The Biden admin has reversed a decision of former President Trump to label Yemen’s Houthi rebels as a terrorist organization. The move has removed a block that humanitarian groups said jeopardized crucial aid to the country. It comes a day after Biden announced an end to US support for the Saudi-led offensive operations in Yemen. Aid groups say they have no choice but to deal with the Houthis.
I'm all for freedom. What bothers me is that if you Google Houthi you only get support for the movement, they are basically saints. On my Google there is no negatives. They have no link to it being the biggest humanitarian crises in our time created by them... which you find on duck duck and other search engines Proof of corporate takeover of media? Let me tell you how this is going to go. Yemen going to get aid. The Houthi are going to take that aid to enrich themselves. The terrorist group is now wealthy and causing wider chaos. The US effectively goes to war with them to “stabilize the region”.
