Thousands march in protest against Myanmar military coup

Thousands of people took to the streets of Yangon, Myanmar, on Saturday to denounce the military coup and demand the release of Aung San Suu Kyi. Myanmar’s junta has tried to silence dissent by temporarily blocking social media channels. Reacting to the coup, UN chief Antonio Guterres said, ’I reject and condemn the coup,’ while backing the protest by citizens.

The coupe must be allowed for the sake of the countries independence regardless of the outcome, good or bad. It's a civil matter as the police department would say as far as we're concerned.
