Haitian President Jovenel Moïse announced Sunday that police have arrested more than 20 people, for what he called an attempt to kill him and overthrow his government. The arrested include a Supreme Court judge and a police officer. Opposition leaders are demanding that Moïse step down, saying his term in office ended on February, 7. However, Moïse insists his term lasts till February 2022.
Little-known fact: Haiti has the world record for largest number of successful coups of any nation in existence. That being said, this was probably a false flag to strengthen Moise's grip on power. Disputed elections tend to do that!
