Huawei challenges FCC in court over its ’national security threat’ tagging
Huawei has sued the US Federal Communications Commission to overturn the designation of ’national security threat’ that the panel tagged the Chinese telecom giant with. Huawei said the action was beyond the FCC’s powers, violated federal law, arbitrary, etc. The designation bars American telecom companies to use FCC’s Universal Service Fund to purchase equipment or services from Huawei.
