A bitter standoff came to an end after the Chicago Teachers Union approved a proposal from the city’s public school district, which has opened a pathway for K-8 students to return to classrooms for in-person learning. The union announced that of the 20,275 rank-and-file members that voted electronically, 13,681 voted yes, while 6,585 voted no. 5,000 members chose to not cast their ballots.
Teachers aren't disposable, but they are replaceable. Get to work.
My only question is, how much did the teachers union blackmail the citizens of Chicago for?
