’No small feat’: Pigs learn to play videogame moving joystick with their snouts

Scientists from Indiana’s Purdue University researching whether pigs can play videogames were able to teach four pigs play a game using their snouts. The pigs – Hamlet, Omelette, Ebony and Ivory – learned to use an arcade-style joystick to steer an on-screen cursor and reach game levels. Scientists said it was ’no small feat’ that the pigs understood the link between the stick and the game.
