That is fantastic. The standard for incitement does not depend on the interpretation of the hearer. It depends on the intent of the speaker. Intent can be infered from the totality of the circumstances. Why is this the case? It is to avoid exactly what I believe is going on right now. After committing illegal acts, the hearer is incentivized to blame their actions on another person.

Here is an amazing thing that I discovered today. The riots that lasted for months, destroying $2 billion in businesses and government buildings, happened in EVERY city in the US including my small town of 27 thousand where I must have forgotten the policy car being burnt to the ground of 2020 didn't happen according to Google and even duckductgo searches have shown without comparing them to the much, much worse hours long riots of DC. I guess I just imagined CHAZ, all of the riots, direct attacks on the police, many people who died, city shutdowns due to the riots. Gone, they didn't happen.
