Buffalo cops won’t face charges for violently shoving 75-year-old protester

Two Buffalo policemen who knocked an elderly protester to the ground and seriously injured him won’t face criminal charges, a New York grand jury decided. In June 2020, the two officers pushed Martin Gugino, 75, on the ground while he was taking part in a demonstration protesting George Floyd’s killing. Gugino fractured his skull from the fall and blood was seen running from his ear.

This guy is an professional protestor who has a long history of doing this. He has 20-30 years oj his record of harassing Copa and provoking them ans then trying to sue them.

That's disgusting the cops are getting way with felony assault on a 75 year old man who was asking to be arrested as a sign of Civil Disobedience. And instead he was thrown on the ground and had his head. Those cops should be fired turn off the forest and thrown in jail. cracked open.

You guys have a strange concept of policing... The police is there to protect people. Not to add to the violence.
