Bill Michael, the UK chairman of accountancy firm KPMG, has stepped down from his post after he reportedly told his employees to stop ’moaning’ about how Covid-19 has impacted their work and lives and ’stop playing the victim card.’ Michael said he was quitting at the end of this month as his position has become ’untenable.’ This comes after Financial Times carried a report on his alleged remarks.
