Northwest storm leaves at least 200,000 without power

At least 200,000 people remained without power in Portland, Oregon, Sunday after a winter storm knocked out a number of transmission lines and substations. Authorities said it could be a day or more before electricity was fully restored, and forecasters warned of more hazardous weather through Monday. In Washington state, the city of Seattle activated its emergency operations center.

At least it took an ice storm to take down the power grid. In California, all it takes is a stif breeze, to leave tens of thousands without power.

global warming goodness on display. Europe is freezing so bad they had to turn to coal and gas because renewables shut down. they are having to de-ice wind turbines with helicopters. when will the sheeple learn that they are being lied to?
