A British study has concluded that the COVID-19 variant that originated in the UK and is now spreading in the US may be up to 70 percent deadlier than previous versions of the bug. Boris Johnson, the Prime Minister of UK had also earlier tweeted that it ’may also be associated with a higher degree of mortality.’ The highly transmissible variant has spread to more than 80 countries.
So your odds of death as a healthy individual for the old strain is what, 0.2%? So 70% higher brings your odds of dying to 0.0034 or 0.34%, or a 99.9966% chance at surviving. Okay.
But, but, but Trump said it was going to go away like magic! And after the election the lamestream media was going to stop talking about it.
I was expecting a better plan than just ripping off V for Vendetta.

So... 5 of evety 2000 infectees die?
* may or may not It either is or it isn't based on data - speculating is worthless
Like the Spanish flu. If the virus did originate in bats then that means the original strain isn’t used to infecting human hosts but after awhile it will mutate to become better at infecting humans. Watch Extra History’s series on the Spanish Flu also for those who think “BIASED!” Well the series is pre Covid 19 by a long while.
So .03%, instead of .02% death rate? Plus they are just speculating.
It's all part of the game. Use pandemic to fortify election. Emissions drop 7%, keep pandemic going. Goal is 7.6% every year till 2030.
