One day after making his debut as a NASCAR team owner, Michael Jordan again assumed his role as a philanthropist, as he donated $10 million in order to help build a pair of clinics for uninsured and underinsured patients in Wilmington, North Carolina, his hometown. Sunday was a historic day for Jordan, as he became NASCAR’s first black principal owner in a half century.

Never thought I'd see Michael Jordan into Nascar. Regardless, it's a good thing he's expanding his brand. Makes me think Nascar ain't dead either since Jordan is pretty good with money and wouldn't invest in something that is failing.
