New York sues Amazon for ’failing to protect workers’ from Covid-19
New York is suing Amazon for allegedly failing to provide its workers with a safe environment at two warehouses in the state as the Covid-19 pandemic gripped the state. The suit says Amazon showed a ’flagrant disregard’ for Covid safety. Recently, Amazon preemptively filed a case to block the suit over its Covid safety protocols and firing of an employee who complained about working conditions.
““Amazon’s extreme profits and exponential growth rate came at the expense of the lives, health and safety of its frontline workers,” Ms. James argued in the complaint, filed in New York Supreme Court.”... No Ms. James, Amazon’s “extreme profits and exponential growth” are because your Governor and mayors flexed their little muscles to see how much authority they could usurp illegally from the people forcing said people to seek alternatives they would not normally use, making Jeff Bazos the wealthiest man in America and now you want to sue him BECAUSE HE MADE MONEY YOU WANT!!! You’re nothing but a thief, lady. You just want to be “the champion of the people” at the same time but all that you steal will never kick down to the little people in who’s name you commit this crime.

This is total BS, I work at Amazon and they are insanely proactive on Covid.
If this doesn't get the ball rolling quickly on a class action for the families of the thousands dead in nursing homes, what will? Unbelievable, for Democrats even...
