DOJ charges three North Korean programmers in $1.3B worth of schemes

The Justice Department has charged three North Korean programmers who are accused of committing a number of hacks to steal $1.3 billion from U.S. groups. The department claimed on Wednesday that members of the Reconnaissance General Bureau, a North Korean military intelligence agency, are facing charges of conspiracy to commit computer fraud, wire fraud, and bank fraud.
