Mike Lindell sued by Dominion Voting Systems for $1.3 billion

A defamation lawsuit has been filed against MyPillow Inc. and its CEO Mike Lindell by Dominion Voting Systems. Dominion has alleged that Lindell spread false information that its voting machines rigged the 2020 U.S. presidential election. Dominion has sought damages in excess of $1.3 billion. The company has also described Lindell’s accusations as a ’Big Lie.’

There's a reason why Canada, won't allow Dominion machines in our own federal elections, they're banned. Yet, Americans can use them 🤫

Frivolous lawsuit. Rather than just push for the easy dismissal they should first file for discovery to analyze the voting machines and code as well as all documents and records in all the counties in question. I feel like dominion would immediately drop the suit rather than comply though.

Now that's how you make an accusation people. Take it to court and if the lies are shown to be deliberate then award a monetary amount that might give the next person that wants to spread lies a cause to pause. I dont care if they are Republican or Democrat or your local pastor. Liable laws not only need to be but must be enhanced to the point that it's simply not feasible to not call your opinions exactly that, an opinion. Want to call said opinion a fact then you better be able to back it up in court. Now that my opinion.

Great, now all of the fraud can be exposed for the narrow minded liberals to see. Can't wait for the court date, either can Mike I'm sure.

Screw dominion they screwed up the last election its their own fault !

In a sane world, Dominion'd slink into obscurity and avoid drawing attention to themselves. But by all means, let the evidence be presented in court. See how Sleepy Joe's fraud-peddlers like that :)

I said this as a follow-up comment but I think it belongs in the main thread. Do you really think Dominion would be dumb enough to sue Lindell if they were afraid of discovery showing some nefarious vote tally tampering in their software?

I don't know, I think Lindell is biting off more than he can chew. I don't know why he would want to go to court with Dominion company. He got a lot to prove. What if someone sue Lindell about his pillows being defective and said it publicly, and it's only 150 out of a millions. Would they have a case?
