US Navy veteran died after police knelt on his neck, his family alleges
The family of Angelo Quinto, a US Navy veteran, claimed that police killed Quinto by kneeling on his neck for several minutes when he was going through a bout of paranoia. Quinto’s mother, Cassandra Quinto-Collins, said the cops were called on December 23 as the 30-year-old was suffering from paranoia and needed help. She said a responding office knelt on Quinto’s neck while another held his legs.

He didn't die until three days after his arrest. I'm not defending the police officer, but I personally would have to know more to judge this person guilty.
I wish we could do better for him. We have one Marxist (their words) and r@cist group (their actions) hyper-focusing on one group of people, making so much noise that most of us stopped listening, and the underlying issues we all suffer under get glossed over. There definitely is more to this than how the news and the family is telling it. It’s hard for me to believe that this dude was calm in his mother’s arms and police just grab him, I would also like to know what the call sounded like. There’s a lot of gaps that need to be filled, it would help if there was body cam or even footage from the car, it says that the officers failed to turn it on, my thing is why would you need to turn it on? Why aren’t the cams just rolling for however long the officers shift is. I feel like a lot more is needed before we should judge what happened.
