AfD politician hospitalized after attack by activists in Germany
An AfD (Alternative for Germany) stand was attacked in Schorndorf in Germany on Saturday. The daily Stuttgarter Zeitung reported that the AfD state parliament candidate Stephan Schwarz was dragged to the ground and beaten by the mob. He was subsequently diagnosed with a concussion. Five people were arrested. ’Violence must never be a means of political debate,’ said the Mayor of Schorndorf.
