North Korea using South Korea POWs, their children as slave labor, report says
A report released by the Citizens’ Alliance for North Korea Human Rights said generations of South Korean prisoners of war are being used as slave labor in North’s coal mines. It quoted an escapee, who alleged that POWs were chained and forced to work at gunpoint. He said they were encouraged to marry, and their children were made to do the same work and repeat the same with their next generation.
If Biden is going after Saudi Arabia for killing one of their citizens, surely he is going to something about North Korea enslaving their neighbors. Right?
I don’t understand the goal, is it to try to get NK to stop? Why would they? We should be trying to find solutions to the problem that is the government of NK, focusing on the symptoms we can’t treat won’t do us any good.
