South Dakota AG’s cellphone use before crash probed by the police

Investigators questioning Jason Ravnsborg, the attorney general of South Dakota after a fatal car crash pressed him on how he did not realize he had struck a man. Mr. Ravnsborg seemed unsure about how he had swerved onto a highway shoulder and ran over 55-year-old Joseph Boever. The Republican attorney general is facing three misdemeanor charges in the crash which took place on September 12.
