Myanmar envoy urges UN to use ’any means necessary’ to stop coup

Myanmar’s ambassador to the UN has appealed to the organization ’to use any means necessary to take action against the Myanmar military’ to restore democracy. Speaking on behalf of Aung San Suu Kyi’s government, Kyaw Moe Tun urged ’the international community to immediately end the military coup, to stop oppressing the innocent people, to return the state power to the people.’

UN can't even deal with COVID without falling to Chinese influence into self-debasement and confusion, what's it gonna do about Myanmar? I believe Duterte had a word for the UN multiple times, including threatening to throw their representatives to crocodiles, what did they do about him? Don't rely on the UN, the stop must come from within, military are still connected to civilian families where their loved ones reside, the subversion of the military to detach from the coup and for the people via family and relatives is a start, like has been done multiple times in history, just to put some firepower on civil society's side.
