DoD took hours to approve National Guard request during Capitol riot: Commander

The commanding general of D.C.’s National Guard said that it took more than 3 hours for Trump’s Defense Department to approve a request for D.C.’s National Guard to intervene in the Capitol insurrection. He said he received a call from then-Chief of U.S. Capitol Police, Steven Sund regarding the breach of the Capitol, after which Walker ’immediately’ alerted Army senior leadership of the request.

Sheila jackson is dumber than I thought if she thinks they need to arrest all 40,000 people that were in DC on the 6th. And maybe more people were arrested in the blamtifa riots because they lasted for 8 months instead of one day.

Atta’girl Sheila! Keep punching up the rhetoric and hype! Doesn’t matter if it’s true or not, the MSM is on YOUR side not theirs. Demand that they all be put in cages, forget the trial. Let’s get this civil war started.

One there shouldn’t have been a request needed the day of if proper security coinciding with an already known threat would have been provided. Two anyone that believes Sheila about anything might want to re-evaluate some things. I mean she does think an AR weighs as much as 10 boxes and shoots 50 cal ammo.

I mean this makes sense because the Trump administration changed leadership right before Jan 6th...

General Charles A. Flynn slowed the DOD response down. Just like his brother, Michael, he's also a traitor to this country.

The DoD bureaucracy is slow, inept, and can’t respond like military fighting personnel. They have rooted out all initiative by removing people who stand out and have risked themselves (and perhaps made an error). The only vitriol that remains are the slugs who hide and are advanced via attrition. Who could have possibly foreseen this outcome? This is an editorial by a veteran who served honorably for 11 years and whitnessed firsthand these same mistakes happen over and over. There is nothing new here. It is the same poisonous rot within our military leadership that has existed for years.
