Canada’s Covid-19 vaccine panel says 4-month gap between doses fine

Canada’s national panel of vaccine experts recommended that provinces should extend the gap between the two Covid-19 vaccine doses to four months from the current protocol of 3–4 weeks to quickly inoculate more people. This comes after the country said it is facing a shortage of doses. Even before the recommendation, a handful of provinces had said they would increase the gap between the doses.
