Dallas policeman charged with two counts of capital murder

Bryan Riser, a Dallas Police Department veteran of 13 years, has been arrested on two counts of capital murder. This comes over a year and a half after a man told investigators that he kidnapped and killed two people – Liza Saenz, 31, and Albert Douglas, 61 – at Riser’s directions in 2017. Police said they didn’t know the motives for the killings but clarified they weren’t linked to his job.

This is really going to be a conundrum for the progressive's. After all, ACAB. Right? But he is black. Therefore, he can't be guilty, because that would be racist. Right. Oh, what are they going to do?
