US hiring surge February, economy adds 379,000 jobs
American employers added 379,000 employees in February in a hopeful sign for economy. This is nearly double of the 198,000 experts predicted. The country’s unemployment rate also dipped to 6.2%. However, the country has 9.2 million employees lesser than it had before the Covid-19 pandemic. Bars and restaurants added 286,000 as Covid-19 curbs were gradually eased. Retailers added another 41,000.
Those aren't 'added' jobs, they are returning jobs for companies forced to do massive layoffs. Biden has done absolutely nothing to create any jobs, but he has elimiated several thousand that won't be returning......until we get another sane president.
Good thing biden is letting in over 100k illegal immigrants to take these jobs from unemployed Americans.
Just because jobs are added does not necessarily mean jobs are currently being occupied and worked... Stalin added millions of jobs during his 5 year plan (done in 4? 2+2=5)... doesn't mean anything really

Not really a surge if it was TRUMP the article would have said a dismal 300k plus jobs added. I hope the don't count TEXAS numbers later this month since they are screeching against it.
This along with a steadily increasing stock market, a 73% nationwide reduction in COVID cases, 3 separate vaccines that have already rolled out once Biden took office and will be available to everyone by at least May, and financial relief coming to millions. Misinformation. We still had a first time unemployment claim number that rose over 700,000 this week. This is a net loss of jobs again as our economy continues it's freefall.
