3rd-degree murder count could be reinstated in Floyd’s death

One of the former Minneapolis police officers involved in the killing of George Floyd, Derek Chauvin, could see a third-degree murder charge reinstated against him after a state appeals court ruling.. This comes after Minnesota AG Keith Ellison filed a motion last month asking a district court judge to reinstate the third-degree murder charge, citing a recent decision in another case.

There will be no conviction on Murder, no matter the degree. He won’t get a man slaughter conviction either. If the cause of death is indeed a drug overdose and the knee hold is ruled out he will be found not guilty. Ellison is an activist who is throwing his reputation and career in on this case, hope he loses, racebaiting waste of skin that he is.
