Bill would require California retailers to have gender-neutral sections

A bill which was introduced by Assembly-member Evan Low in California might require retail stores in the state to maintain gender-neutral sections for clothes, toys and childcare articles. The bill would also require fines of up to $1,000 to be levied on stores were they to be found violating the policy. The bill has received a mixed response from the public.

Commifornia this is disgusting and unconstitutional. You still have a poop patrol, illegals killing ppl, black gangs everywhere, and 10,000 other problems and you are wasting time, enegy, money, and resources on this nonsense.

Yes!!! Please do this California, you will quickly drive out the remaining sane and intelligent people out of your joke of a state and hopefully more businesses will follow.

Let businesses decide how to manage their own business. If people are that offended that a certain store doesn’t have something, then they are free to bring their business elsewhere.

Just leave already California. Give a 1 year notice to all residents and businesses so the sane ones can leave, then put up a wall and make your own country. Let us all have our great country without your twisted ideas in it.

So, new law would force disorganization? They're not forcing makers to make different toys(yet) but trying to make stores mix their current inventor on the display floor. Super glad I'm not retail ik CA.

Too much maybe? Some people have problems with binarity of gender, but that is a very small minority, no need to change a concept forcefully, those are private buisnesses after all and is a good way to do targeted marketing specifically to girls and boys...

So they're saying those types of people are too stupid to look for their clothing in the existing sections? My sister's look for shirts in the men's section and if they fit and look good they buy them. They're still females. But the attention deficit leftards want to control things because they can't control themselves.

So out of all the issues the State of California could be trying to fix, homeless crime and all the other issue the state faces this is what they spend their energy and the money of tax payers on.
