New York City’s ’Naked Cowboy’ arrested while performing at Bike Week
Robert Burck, a Times Square performer known as ’Naked Cowboy,’ was arrested on a misdemeanor panhandling charge at Bike Week in Daytona Beach, Florida. Burck, 51, who is widely known for wearing only white briefs, boots and a cowboy hat while playing a guitar, was arrested Saturday. Police said he was arrested after officers spotted people tucking cash into his guitar after taking photographs.
Thank God the judge had a brain. Cowboy isn’t squeegeeing someone’s windshield at a stop light, he’s buskering! I don’t want to win the stereotype olympics but why is it always a female cop 🤦♂️ always! Complete with the chip on the shoulder, just can’t let things go.
That's just terrible. Lock him up too for being white. Leave the dude alone damn communist state.

Busking or not, naked or not, it shouldn't surprise anyone that this behavior wouldn't be celebrated outside of state. You do you, but if you're going to travel the country to do you in other states don't be mad or surprised when local law enforcement acts to enforce their laws in their area. Or should I as a Texan be allowed to carry my firearms, a god given right, through DC and California with impunity? I'd love that, but somehow I don't think that the people trying to defend this nude dude would apply their logic evenly.
