Jefferson Circuit Court Judge Olu Stevens has permanently dismissed charges against Breonna Taylor’s boyfriend, Kenneth Walker, for allegedly shooting and wounding a Louisville police sergeant in 2020. Now, Walker can’t be charged for the same crimes again. He was initially charged with assault and attempted murder. However, Walker said he wasn’t aware police were raiding his home.
Wait didn't they have a warrant for this guy who then opened fire the police with this woman get caught in the mix?
The officers didn't plan that sloppy raid. The people that did kept their jobs and remain anonymous.
That makes sense. It was justifiably self defense because of the time it occurred. The police really shouldn't have knocked since they weren't required to by the warrant. The whole point of a no knock warrant at that time of night is that the suspect is reasonably believed to be armed and could either attack if they know it's the police or attack thinking it's an intruder. It's best to surprise them by not knocking for the safety of everybody.
#BLM #BOYCOTTNEWSVOICE "THE FISH ROTS, FROM THE HEAD" If the head was from Sweden and had a Russian name Viktor. In case you didn't know, this app(newsvoice) is owned and operated from Sweden. Ask yourself one question who's paying for this app which has no obvious sources of revenue? Now watch them label this post as a rant and remove it from the app.
Maybe we don't need swat raids for narcotics investigations. Just a thought.
Once again the left shows support for criminals.
Very racist! Just saying.
Don't be a sl ut for drug dealers.
Good, this case was a mess from the start. The polices warrant contained erroneous information. Even the fact that police raided the apartments when the original suspect was put in custody already. Then the no knock warrant paired with plain clothes officers is just a recipe for disaster. Who is at fault for all of this I'm not sure. I wouldn't blame the boy friend or the officers in question so maybe the higher ups.
So Kenneth isn't to blame. Cops already got off (except for the one guy who shot in to the neighbor's house) so... No one is responsible? This makes a lot of sense toward preventing it happening in the future.
