Missouri man who threatened to kill Rep Cleaver to remain in jail

A federal judge ruled that Kenneth R Hubert of Marionville, Missouri, who threatened to kill Democratic Representative Emanuel Cleaver, will remain in jail. Prosecutors said Hubert left a voicemail at Cleaver’s office, in which he allegedly said, ’How about a noose ... around his neck?’ Hubert, 63, pleaded not guilty. Media reports said Hubert had made similar threats to other politicians before.
