Microsoft moving to in-house alternatives to UserVoice for feedback

Microsoft said it will be moving away from UserVoice feedback sites on a product-by-product basis in 2021. The tech giant said it was ’leveraging first-party solutions and are evaluating enhancements and standardizations to improve and streamline how we communicate with customers and collect their feedback.’ Last week, Microsoft closed several Office 365-related UserVoice forums without notice.
