Twitter sues Texas AG to stop content moderation probe

Twitter has sued Texas AG Ken Paxton, accusing him of retaliating against the social media company for banning former President Trump from its platform. The tech giant is asking the court to stop Paxton from demanding ’volumes of highly confidential documents’ on Twitter’s content moderation system. Paxton opened an investigation into Jan, demanding all files related to content moderation.
