California Uber driver assaulted after passenger ’refuses to wear mask’
A San Francisco Uber driver, Subhakar Khadka, was assaulted by female passengers who refused to wear masks. The incident, which was caught on camera, triggered outrage after the video emerged on social media Tuesday. In the clip, one of the three women in the backseat, who was unmasked, is seen coughing into Khadkar’s face and yelling. She then snatches Khadka’s mobile and pulls off his mask.
When you're in/on someone else's property you better follow the rules they give you, or fuck right off.
That is the literal definition of battery. Laying your hands upon another person. I wish we could count things like spittle, smoke, and coughs battery too. But the fact that she grabbed his person and possessions makes this legally actionable. It is HIS car, HIS business, HIS life and he has the RIGHT to defend himself. As a believer in the second amendment, I would shoot your stupid ass before I LET you infect me.

I hooe her and her friends get prosecuted. Legally theyre at fault to because they were in her company when she committed a crime they failed to try and stop her. They just let this man be assaulted.

That 'woman' should have left that uber shortly after entering with a few less teeth. The driver isn't white so it should be viewed as self defense and not a hate crime.

As an immunocompromised person this stuff terrifies me. My family and I hardly leave the house but it only takes one asymptomatic person or a crazy antimasker to cause serious harm. These things are a reminder of how little people care about us that they’re willing to risk infecting and possibly killing someone over a piece of fabric. What is an inconvenience to you could be a death sentence to others
