Judge says Trump aide who stormed Capitol betrayed ’oath to protect America’
US Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui, during a Washington court hearing, said Federico ’Freddie’ Klein, a man appointed to the US state department during Donald Trump’s presidency, ’swore an oath to protect America’ but instead ’switched sides’ by taking part in the riot in the US Capitol. Denying his bail, the judge said Klein, who is charged with rioting, will remain in jail while he awaits trial.

This is just sheer delusion at this point. Perhaps he committed a crime,, but did this guy state any intent to 'switch sides', whatever that even means, or 'stop the administration of the Constitution'? The judge is just pulling insinuations out of thin air.
