House expected to vote Wednesday on COVID-19 relief bill

The House is expected to pass the $1.9T COVID-19 relief bill on Wed. The chamber aims to approve the package in time for President Biden to sign it before key unemployment programs expire on Sunday. The Senate passed the legislation Saturday. The bill extends a $300 per week boost to unemployment benefits and sends direct payments of up to $1,400 to most Americans, expected to go out this month.

$2,000,000,000,000 divided by 330,000,000 people is a cost of $6,061.00 per person. And you think your getting a deal with that $1,400.00 check! Your taking a $6,000.00 loan to get $1,400.00 !!! Don’t you see how badly you’re getting prison-raped by your own government...and you’re cheering for it!

I agree. Very little of the bill goes towards helping Americans anyway so don't even bother with the bill. Last time $600 to Americans get real people, get off your butts and work. Just do it instead of becoming a puppet for the elite and our so called government. They work for us, they are turning it to be big government which we do not want or need.

It was ridiculous that not a single Republican voted for this bill. This didnt need to be a partisan thing.

Tom Cotton was on Fox news saying prisoners like the Boston bomber would be eligible for the 1400 checks. And he's actually telling the truth. The only thing is, this exact same provision was in every previous stimulus bill as well all of which were under Republican control and all of which...Tom Cotton voted for. 🤣🤣🤣😭🤔🤦‍♂️If the cultists just paid even the most miniscule amount of attention they would see the con job right in front of their noses.
