CDC updates COVID-19 guidance for child care providers

The CDC on Friday updated its coronavirus guidance for child care providers. According to the guidance, anyone aged 2 years and older should wear a mask when around people who do not live in the same household, except when eating or sleeping. The guidance notes that ’even after child care providers and staff are vaccinated, there will be a need to continue prevention measures.’

I find it truly disturbing how the CDC is pushing such young children to wear masks. Especially two year olds. I am all for masks for adults and older children, but there is no way I will put a mask on my two year old. The low likelihood she will get sick or spread it is not worth scaring her into wearing something she doesn’t understand. The other day I saw a parent freak out on the playground and yell at her 4 year old who wasn’t wearing his mask over his nose. Wtf are we doing?!?

I will never put a mask on my child, let alone some experimental gene pathogen being peddled as a fake vaccine!!!
