House Democrats kick off work on an infrastructure package

House Democrats said on Friday they have officially started work on an infrastructure package. ’It is our hope that spirit will prevail as we address other critical needs in energy and broadband, education and housing, water systems and other priorities,’ Speaker Pelosi said in a statement. President Biden campaigned on a $2T infra proposal.

We are spending some more money we don’t have to fix things that won’t be fixed but at least we will direct inflated currency to Democratic friends and campaign coffers so more Democrats will be elected, bought and paid for by everyone. Democrat business as usual.

Clearly Qanon supporter’s speculation that Biden is actually Trump in a Biden mask is now evident. Trump promised to improve and repair infrastructure and there is no way he would lie and not do it. This is his way of keeping his promise...while wearing a Biden mask. Shame on me for mocking Qanon in the past as a ridiculous conspiracy cult for the naive and simple minded, I’ve been totally proven wrong. Thank you president Doe Triden!

I hope this actually goes somewhere, the empty promises of the last administration regarding infrastructure didn't.

and I'll betbit won't include anything to improve and harden the electric grid against CME and EMP. it will only include money for wasteful union jobs so they cam pay off the unions that support them. with liberals, it's all about buying influence and paying people off.

This is the Trump Administration's plan being reintroduced as the Biden Administration Plan. Was thought as of partisan before so it should pass and if we are honest we know where the credit goes.

Building infrastructure is actually the approach China did around the pandemic. Maybe we can get some US ghost cities. Regardless, money printer goes BRRRR.

Dems are like a 5 year old making a Christmas wish list while on a massive sugar high. Only difference is they can vote their list into reality all "paid for" with non-existant fiat currency.

Spending money to fix infrastructure saves much more in the long term. Responsible fiscal conservatives should be championing infrastructure spending even on a deficit. But they'll probably end up blocking and obstructing it just to gain petty political points for stopping a democrat admin from accomplishing anything.

Well if the dems would focus on the American people instead of there friends making then millions. We might get our country back and running again. As for the pipeline it is considered a infrastructure. Besides helping the corporates that employed millions of Americans with jobs it also keeps us independent on our own resources, but with zign executive order killed that plan. And as for the border wall y'all call not a infrastructure well yes it is. Because it helps keep America safe from drug cartels and other dangerous criminal activity that comes in my country. I really wish the dems took the crisis at the border more seriously 🙄
