Yo-Yo Ma, the world-renowned cellist and 18-time Grammy winner, gave a surprise concert in the waiting area of a Massachusetts vaccination center. He gave the impromptu performance after receiving his second Covid-19 jab. Ma played Franz Schubert’s ’Ave Maria’ and the prelude to Bach’s ’Cello Suite No. 1’ on his cello during 15-minute observation period after getting a shot.
