Now, Netherlands halts use of AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine
The Netherlands has become the latest country to halt the use of AstraZeneca’s Covid-19 vaccine over concerns that it may cause blood clotting. This is despite the WHO saying there was no established link between the vaccine and blood clotting. The European Medicines Agency also said the vaccine’s benefits continue to outweigh its risks. Earlier, several countries suspended its use.
