More than 80 years after two young girls in Germany were separated by the Holocaust, the duo never saw each other again until a recent reunion. Betty Grebenschikoff and her family moved to Shanghai, China, and then the US. Annemarie Wahrenberg, her friend, moved to Chile. Last November, a reunion online was coordinated by the USC Shoah Foundation for the two, both of whom are 91 now.
I'm always amazed by how long all of these survivors live. There's sooo many of them.
